No. I qualified at personal expense to become a teacher and have developed, what I consider, a valuable skillset over the last decade or so in service. I work within a profession that has seen an increase in expectations regarding the role and work rate whilst at the same time enduring real term pay cut and decreased funding. This has forced me to top up my income via tuition in order to meet my family's needs. So, why on earth would I volunteer an hour of the little spare time I have when I could be spending it with my own children?
