    Hi all,
I have been invited to interview for a Support for Learning Teacher position next week at a school in Scotland, and was wondering if anybody had any suggestions of what questions I may be asked? I have only worked as a mainstream class teacher in England so far and so the field is fairly new to me! Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!
    Thank you!

Just wondering, how did you get on and what was the interview like?

Hi Lucilla90, so sorry for such a late reply, I have only just seen it! The interview was quite relaxed really! They asked about how I would build relationships with staff and parents, how I would manage challenging behaviour, and how I would ensure each child's needs are being met. I didn't end up getting the job, it went to someone more experienced (the usual!) but I'm now teaching in a special school which I love! :)
