supply counting towards induction?

    Yes, it needs to be arranged from the start (or as close as possible if you've already started) as the induction can't be applied retroactively. I completed my induction on supply, you will be entitled to all induction stuff, so a mentor and NQT time. This might mean that they have to take you on for an extra half a day so that any teaching your doing doesn't opt out if they need you on those times as they can't not give you your extra time.
