Dear all, does anyone have any experience/examples/weblinks to Subject specific RA's? We have been asked to provide a COVID-19 RA for Drama teaching, and I have spent a fruitless couple of hours (apart from signing up for a free trial to download a very generic template!) searching with endless variations of keywords!

Look at the work of Shelly Miller on aerosolisation in practical subjects.

I fear that most Drama teachers are unaware or are ignoring the issue. Effectively the only safe place for practical Drama lessons is outdoors, especially if there are no masks and distancing,

Open Drama have tried something but I fear that the understandable concern about Drama being marginalised is overriding safety concerns.

Some suggestions widely regarding classrooms via Harvard.

Our drama studio is an internal room with no windows and, although there are two doors which can be left open, these doors open onto a corridor and a dance studio, not outside. I think drama in our school will have to take place elsewhere, somewhere that can be properly ventilated.

Same, except only one door which we aren't supposed to keep open! No windows that open, no air exchange or ventilation whatsoever, it's a health risk at the best of times.
