Strike pay deductions

    I said this before the strike started that it wasn't going to work and you'd just end up losing out financially albeit 'just' a day's wages. We just have to be so careful of the unions - they can be SO manipulative
    It's time the unions started to think of a different approach - what approach? I don't know, but something ...
  2. I'm support staff so on less than an NQT and I was deducted about £50 so would have expected an NQT to lose £60 to £70 quid. Will be very ****** off if I find out NQTs should have lost less than me!

    Our County haven't taken any deductions. Apparently they are taking it next month. Not sure why, but I'll have to wait another month to find out whether they have taken the right amount.
