Stray cat

    Try your Local cat rescue/sanctuary. We had a stray living near our house and we contacted the rescue place where we got our two moggies from. Someone came and rounded up this poor bedraggled puss and they were later able to reunite it with its owner. Not sure if it had been tagged, but many are these days.
