Stories with Historical Settings - Romans

Discussion in 'Primary' started by skt107, Jan 21, 2009.

  1. Hi! I am really excited about teaching this literacy unit (historical settings) based on the Romans - however for the last 2 weeks i have missed my ppa time due to courses :(. So im in need of a quick fix!! Has anybody taught this who can suggest some good books to use? Or has anybody got any planning I could have a peek at?

Sorry - I hate being cheeky, but I really want to do this properly rather than rush it and think this would be a great help! Thank you in advance x
  2. up! in desperation as i just found out i have an nqt literacy observation at the end of the week!!
  3. Hi, i'm aware that you have taught this topic before. I'm an NQT and struggling to gather some ideas...
Would it be possible to have a look at some planning to gather some ideas?
