Sports Day help (please!)

  1. If you have time beforehand to race them, you can have blue riband events at the end of the day (75m, 150m, 300m) to showcase the real speedsters (this doesn't work with throwing and jumping).
    Depending on how many you have in each house we do a continous relay with every child in the house. Another one called the '3 minute relay' continous run (taught to me by Stopwatch as it happens); whole house again, whoever is in the lead at 3 mins wins. Speed and 'changing' crucial...
