    Hello teachers,

I am a South African teacher that is considering moving to the UK. Are there any South African teachers that could share their experiences about teaching in the UK with me?

Yes. You have 4 years in which you must get your QTS. First need to do skills based test before you can do the OTTP...go online and practice . Where you are in the country will determine how easy/difficult/quickly you get through the process.

    Hi Tea,

Thank you for your advice. Are you a South African teacher working in the UK? If so, would you recommend the relocation?

Live here for 10 years. London would be easiest to get QTS.
