    Hi -
does anyone have any advice about soulbury and pensions?? i have just applied for a postition which is on soulbury pay scale and would like some honest advise about wether it is worth taking the job (if offered!! - just being positive!) considering the current pension hooo haa - i could be that i'm better staying in TPS, even though the initial financial gain is tempting - is it possible to remain on teachers pay and conditions and 'negotiate' the difference in salary between the two? Would i have to work til I'm 66 - i was planning on about 55!

pensions stuff drives me mad!! - some simple advice (other than seeing a financial advisor) would be helpful!!!

    cheers
