    Hi,

I've been in education for ages but am lagging behind a bit in the world of social media. Any recommendations on which Facebook groups or Twitter people would be good to join/follow? Rally looking to reinvigorate my teaching and leadership.

    Thanks for your advice!

I don't think joining social media will invigorate your teaching. Probably the opposite.

Ok thanks for your help. I have heard that there are some really good groups for sharing ideas and resources though so I'll keep asking.

I found that twitter is the best for getting new teaching ideas, look into "edutwitter" or google your subject and twitter.

What you absolutely need to do with twitter is avoid political discussion though, keep it to teaching.
