So frustrated!

  1. I'm looking to move to London in Spetember as I'm getting married, and getting a job is proving to be very difficult. Currently I am the Leader of Learning for Design and Technology and would like to move in a similar role. When I went to an interview recently, they said that I had too much experience, the same was said at a previous one as well. In addition to this, when I changed to applying for Deputy/Assistant Head position, the reply came back as your inexperienced. What aim supposed to? I am handing my resignation in on Monday, so that I can move to London for September, if nothing comes up I'll have to do supply work. Would this effect my progression into teaching? Anyone got any work?
