Grand Rapids Charter Township is a charter township of Kent County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 16,661 at the 2010 census,[3] up from 14,056 at the 2000 census

( First thing that came up when I googled 16661:D)

Also palindromic (in base 10) and a Prime, but otherwise I see nothing exceptional about this number.

    And here is said gentleman.
The next Belphegor Prime is 1000000000000066600000000000001

    Technically no.

There is only one Belphegor's prime because it has to have 666 at its heart and 13 zeroes either side of the number of the beast and also is 31 digits in length (thirteen reversed).

Although 16661 is Prime, it lacks the 13 zeroes.
