Should Santander reimburse the customer?

    They should definitely reimburse the customer. If their technology is so easily hacked they have a legal duty of care to their customers. Poor guy losing his life savings. Terrible. I never liked that bank. Cheap and nasty. I hope the guy gets compensation for this.

    He shouldn't get the initial amount of 2,7000 as that was his own stupidity; the remainder is the bank's responsibility.
