Should cleaning products to clean food rooms come out of departmental budget?

    How many of you have to pay for cleaning products out of departmental budget?
    Money is getting tighter and tighter and so much of our current budget is taken up keeping the rooms clean.
    No other subject has to pay to keep their rooms clean: what do you think?

  3. I think trying to get money from other places is going to be virtually impossible. The ear ache I get from discussing things like this with our burser just isn't worth the effort!
    Good luck though - I have heard of people getting money from the Health and Safety budget.
