Shortbread query

    Ground rice will keep it dry, use more flour instead, but ground almonds would make a lovely biscuit. Don't think you can call it shortbread though!!
  2. I put semolina in mine, so i am sure you can. If you want to be on the safe side, make a batch and I'll taste it and let you know.
