I was wondering if anyone is a full time teacher with SEN responsibility... if so, what pay are you entitled to?

Thousands are and are on differernt pay levels.

An SEN point is an entitlement if you teach in a special school or if a certain proportion of your teaching is always with those with SEN - TLRs are for people who take on an additional responsibility agreed by the Governors of that school to warrant such a payment - I can envisage a situation where that might go to someone who is raising school standards for those with SEN but it is by no means a right
