SENCO application

Discussion in 'Special educational needs' started by catt83, May 5, 2012.

  1. I currently work in as a KS2 class teaching in a mixed 2-19 special school. previously I have been the nursery manager, reception teacher and year 1 teacher at 2 mainstream primary schools. I have now decided to apply for the role of SENCO at a small community primary school. The job has no person specification... has anyone any ideas of what I need to emphasize in my letter of application and what sort of questions may come up at interview.

    Thanks
