As a SENCO should I get SEN points as well as a TLR payment? I work in a small comp (500ish students) in a deprived area with a high percentage of FSM's. We have also just been taken over by an academy and in three years I will lose protected pay. I will drop down to mid TLR 2 from bottom of TLR 1. All other HOD's however are going up to near the top of TLR 1. Is there anything in the terms and conditions that means I should be on a similar amount as other HOD's? Any advice gratefully received!
