Sen teacher used as 'fill in' to gaps in curriculum

  1. Anyone else have this problem?? I am a learning support teacher who loves my job but as the years go on I am being used more and mOre to fill in gaps in the timetable. I have gone from English to maths to now a
    Completely new gcse course for high ability year 9s!! Is it just me Or are more LSTs being used to fill in regular teacher gaps?

    I have that problem - feel like a jack of all trades! I'm teaching Y8 RE and hating every minute of it!
