Hi, I am an unqualified teacher (I will become qualified in school).

I have a MA in SEN. Therefore, the school have asked me to take on the SEN provision also.

They are going to pay me the entitlement. Can any body advise me on this, and what I should expect.

On a separate issue, this is quite important to me, because I have considered returning to my previous job which can be well paid.

I do understand what to do in regards to the SEN role.

Primary or secondary? State or Private?
Do you mean they want you to be the senco?

Are you working as a SEN teacher or a SENCO?
If you are doing a SENCo role then they will also need to send you on a training course-a national qualification. Has this been discussed with you?

You can’t be Senco unless you are a qualified teacher.
