Self-employed pension contributions?

    Hi all,

I'm thinking of private tutoring and boosting in a local school after I return from maternity leave - for various reasons. Does anyone know if I can still contribute to my teacher pension if I am classed as self employed? Thanks in advance.

No, you can only contribute if you're employed as a teacher in a school.
