secondary sources

    Could this term be used in Geography or just history? Thank you.

    It can be used in Geography too, yes.

    A map, for example, is a secondary source of information. Aerial photographs, satellite images, information or data from the internet are secondary sources too. Plenty of other examples I'm sure.

    Brilliant. Thank you. What would you class as a primary source in Geography? Tertiary?

    An example of a primary source in Geography would be data, samples or observations made on a field trip or visit by the pupil themselves.
