Bagel, cream cheese and honey.
Second breakfast?! I haven't even got out of bed and had my first yet!
Shocking. At this rate you'll be having your lunch at suppertime.
Erm... feel rather lazy now.... only just cooking breakfast numbero uno
Eggs over easy, please.
It's pancakes or nothing Vince...
Awoken this morning by an excited 9 year old offering to cook breakfast. Bacon eggs tomato toast and tea; very nice too, even if he's left the kitchen in a 'man been cooking' state
Breakfast No1 is always a pot of coffee. Couple of hours later, for breakfast No2, I'll eat something
Lard or sunflower oil?
Just had industrial strength coffee and pills. AKA breakfast.
Still in bed with a coffee
Jacob and friends, one hour later
Looks like a break in filming for the Top Gear team.
I noticed you couldn't sleep, Vince. I was up around 6am, had a cup of tea, two chocolates then went back to bed. Just got up, second cup of tea and toasted teacake.
All done now... keeps the wife happy. Pancakes with yoghurt, syrup, blueberries, raspberries and banana. Plus my coffee for the week [anything more regular has a bad effect on my health sadly].
Lard not good enough for you, eh? Well, with that healthy eating you two are getting up to then you and Mrs @lanokia have no excuse not to go out for a run together. Excellent hobby for two fit young people, and all that lovely compression clothing too!
I'll run when I don't feel quite so full... might even drive out to the woods and go there...
But she won't.
I'm told by Mr F, that sunflower oil is not the healthy option twas cracked up to be.
Toast this morning. I turned down scrambled egg and smoked salmon, but had toast, with the most delicious lemon curd I've ever tasted! De luxe from Lidl, if you're asking.
She can always wear the compression clothing at home. While ironing, cooking, dusting. That works too.
