we made these last week and they are so simple and lovely i thought i would share with you
    under the sea 3D collage
    A5 card for each child
get children to put a big spoonful or 2 of glue on their card
using spreaders spread in large wavy patterns across the card (we made whoooooooos wave sounds when we did this)
then provide media for the children to cut out sea creatures and add sea weed, sprinkle with sand and salt
cover with cellophane, blue or green is lovely and leave to dry
when these were dry the children collaborativel built a large collage with all their under the sea pictures it looks beautiful and we have added to the wall, as they create more sea creatures we will add these on top
    lovely cross curricular activity

3rd time lucky: do you keep the sand at the bottom, and why salt?
