Any recommendations for a KS3 and KS4 science GCSE course for children with dyslexia?

I think that rather than try to access courses to suit students with Dyslexia - do these even exist ! ? - you would be better ensuring that their teachers are fully conservant with teaching and learning strategies which are ' enablers. ' Invest in some training if you need to. These students are I assume accommodated in other areas of the curriculum maybe your colleagues can support you.
