Science Practical Involving "Money"?

    What about growing crops for cash. Plant things like tomatoes, cucumbers etc and sell the plants to parents or staff. You can experiment with different types of soil/compost, water. light, temperature etc and then see which plants people want to buy or how much they are prepared to pay for the healthiest plants.
