School visits for PD Days

Discussion in 'Professional development' started by FLANNERYG, Jan 12, 2011.

  1. Every year, we send staff to visit other Special Schools, to observe good practice and then see how it could be implemented within our own establishment. Obviously, reciprocal visits are always encouraged and welcomed. We are based in the West Midlands and have visited many schools within a 10 to 30 mile radius. Are there any special schools, who would be prepared for us to visit - possibly a group of 3/4 - during the beginning of June?
