    Hi Everyone,

I am a PGCE student and I have just secured a job for September. I know it's a bit early, but I feel sick with nerves and excitement! I have so many questions, like will I have my own classroom? But I feel like I can't email the school to ask as i know they will be in touch when they need to be!

Does anyone have any advice to help me calm down?!!

Email after Easter saying that you would like to come in and meet your HoD (or relevant person in primary) to discuss timetable etc. Tell them when you are available in June and July and ask them to suggest a day that suits them. Meanwhile, make a note of questions you would like to ask.
