scared and worried

  1. Hello all, I have had good advice before so appeal again:

After being off school from Sept - Feb due to a severe mental illness I returned on a phased return. My SLT were lovely about me coming in to teach two of my eight classes only.

My quandry is this: Having been a key member of my dept I now feel like a spare part, of no use to anyone. My DH has called me in for a chat tomorrow to catch up. I am terrified that she is going to put me on capability and that I will be pushed out as now that I am no longer a full time staff member and form tutor I am of little value.

The meeting tomorrow is worrying me so much. I am doing well with the classes I have but don't feel able to take much more on at the moment. How should i deal with this meeting? Does anyone have advice for me?
