Sale made 'resource not found'

Hi all,

My first post as a TES author. I have never had reason to post before but twice now I have encountered the same error which I believe is a mishap on the part of TES. Perhaps somebody can reply and let me know what's going on.

Twice now a sale has been made and when I click on the sales tab it simply says 'resource not found'. The buyer then isn't able to download all of the resources from the bundle. I know this as I am in conversation with a buyer who is the 'no resource found' buyer.

The resource not found issue has been going on ever since I have been an author. It seems to be a technical glitch unfortunately. If you're buyer is having trouble downloading I would contact TES help as they can solve any technical issues like that.
