safeguarding Pay question -Urgent!!!!

  1. If staffing structure is changed it is recommended that there is a consultation period. You have employment rights if your increment is no longer required. You need your union.

    If after the consultation period, it is decided to change the structure and your tLR is no longer needed, your tLR pay is protected for either 2 or 3 years. can't remember whihc one it is, but its the same time as the old allowances were when TLRs came in
