  1. Fresh air, excercise, healthy eating. The **** is sooooo good but does make us feel sluggish.
    Have you considered a self assertiveness course, seriously, it may just boost your self esteem.
    Your partner sounds like a kick up the jacksie is the order of the day but only you know if that's true.
    Take care and make positive plans for the new year.
