Royal Mail Art Competition

Discussion in 'Early Years' started by DavidChannon, Feb 2, 2007.

  1. Royal Mail Art Competition

For the month of February, kids101-art is hosting an art competition honouring the latest animals issue of stamps by the Royal Mail. Sea Life is a selection of magnificent creatures from around the British coastline on ten First Class stamps.

To enter the competition, you simply need to create a Sea Life Stamp and upload an image of the stamp to the competition gallery. It?s EASY, it?s FUN and it?s FREE.

We have FOUR Art Pads to be won ? one for each age group in the competition. Art Pads are great for creating art as pupils use a special cordless pen instead of a mouse to make their own drawings on a computer. The pen allows youngsters to draw, trace and write more naturally. It can even be used to improve pupils' handwriting!

All school children are eligible to enter. There are 4 age groups for the competition. All schools are welcome to enter the competition with as many pieces of art as they wish.

The winner is decided by voting on-line in the competition gallery.

This is an exciting project for children of all ages. Get your art work in early and start voting straight away!

Please email us with any questions.
