Just wondering - has anyone any ideas / taught any non-fiction lessons about either George's Marvelous Medicine, or Roald Dahl himself?
Thinking ahead to next term's extended write planning and not feeling very creative :S
    Thanks in advance,
    Helen x

School where I do regular supply does auto/ biographical writing linked to Roald Dahl. Use excerpts from 'Boy', which children then use to write a biographical piece.

I've found lots of resources you could look at.
Teachit - secondary resource site, but may have ideas you can adapt. Registration is free, but limited access (you can download pdf files though)
Primary teachit - again you need to register - same as above
    Primary resources
Teacher ideas from Roald Dahlfans - look for the 20 lesson plan unit
    Official website
I expect you've already found some of these - so sorry if this is repeating what you already have.
