Returning after maternity - how is a part month worked out?

I was wondering if anyone knew how part of a month might be worked out with regard to pay. If I return to work on 17th Feb, what proportion of a normal month's salary might I expect?

    Thanks in anticipation!

  2. I would calculate that as .43 of the month.
