Retirement-age teaching opportunities

Discussion in 'Retirement' started by kiefere961, May 14, 2019.

  1. Good afternoon!

I used to teach for 20 years but have been managing my late husband's deli the last few years. I still have a passion for teaching and, despite getting older, would like to continue teaching part-time somehow but am unsure of what kinds of opportunities would best suit my situation. If anyone has advice or personal experience in a similar situation, please let me know!

    Thanks :)

My only advice is to not share one's alleged phone number on an online forum.

You are too easily identifiable, Elizabeth. As @catmother said, change your user name and never publish your phone number!
I teach (free) language lessons with the U3A in answer to your question.

Elizabeth, I would advise you to ask TES to remove your post. This is a public forum and you have just given out personal details to all and sundry.
