Regrading TAs

    Like many, being forced to prepare for various scenarios if the funding situation does not improve. Getting conflicting advice over regrading TAs. Know that if pay difference exceeds 25% it is redundancy. If G3 to 2 does not fall into that category (and setting aside pension strain for 55+ costs) is it a redundancy or not?
    Hopefully won't come to that but...

    When I had to make comparatively small reductions of cutting three hours to each TA they had compensation for the reduction but only the one that was cut by half was considered redundancy. That was a few years ago.
