    I love having an activity on the whiteboard for that first 5 minutes of the day duting register. However, I want some fresh ideas. Has anybody got any please?

    I tend to have a different subject focus each day so
    Mon- diary w/e activity+ typing practice
    Tue- maths e.g codes / find the next 2 nos / find 12 of etc depending on current maths topic
    Wed- jumbled anagram for children to make words from
    Thur- question related to current topic they have to find the answer
    Fri-Thinking skills activity.
    Hope those are of some help but it does rather depend on the age of the class!
