    The verdict of unfair dismissal still doesn't compel the employer to provide any reference whatsoever,. They are separate issues.

    I doubt the HM will reply to the agency. I am quite sure he won't, in fact.

    A head teacher gets a reference request for someone they have dismissed and who is now pursuing a claim for unfair dismissal. The same teacher was also pursuing a grievance against their HOD at the time of the incident that led to dismissal.
    Hmmmm you might be better off if he doesn't respond.
