    Hi there.

I am currently working as a long term supply teacher through an agency for a school but I am thinking about applying to get a new post in September as it is very likely my current position will not be for me. Do I need to request references from the agency or from the school itself?
Another question is... shall I say the agency or school I am going to the interviews if I am invited to the interviews considering I will have a few of them? How will school/agency react to me going to more than a couple of interviews? Thanks in advance.

I have added my thoughts on reference to the mentioned post.

There's a slight (and its only very slight) difference of opinion.
