  1. I have in a leadership post at my current job for nearly 3 years. in this time the results of the department have escalated and i have a pretty suppoive team. i have decided that due to some of the inreasonable requests being made of me that it is time to move on from there.
Been to two interviews unsuccessfully; always coming a 'close second'. It has now transpired that my current head (i found out through feedback!!) has given me a less than glowing reference. Although I didnt expect a fawningly (is this a word?) good one, I didnt expect one which may cause me problems
I need advise on next steps
