Red or Blue?

Discussion in 'Personal' started by perky_panda, Jul 9, 2011.

  1. Am looking at buying a new car (amazing deal which makes it cheaper than 2nd hand!). Having never brought brand new I know have the problem of choosing colour. It's a suzuki swift but I am undecided between matt bright red or metallic bright blue?! Opinions?

    RED all the way. [IMG]
  4. metallic will be easier to sell on, but if you want to cut a dash...
  5. metallic is £400 extra. Can afford it but am not sure, both look good. Have had 2 red cars already though

birds **** on blue cars more than on any other colour.
  11. Do you have pictures, more to show the 'mettalic' blue?
  12. Ask what colour the undercoat is - if you have a chip you want it to not show.

I always think red cars can go faster
  13. Red ... fewer accidents as people see red as STOP
  14. Test drove again today, ordered blue but it isn't in stock there so they will look tomorrow. If not I will go back to the red, after all that!
