Recommendations for woks and griddle pans

    Ooooh, I think I need a crepe pan. I think the difference betweena wok and a stir fry pan is thaqt a wok has a curved bottom and you need a stand for it. A stir fry pan has a flat bottom so sits on the burner without a stand- I have a tefal non stick one and it's grand.

    I know!! It suddenly makes me feel a whole heap better!!
    My delivery has arrived today - some preserving bottles (planing on making own flavoured oilve oils as am always buying them) and maybe try some fruit flavoured vodkas etc
    Also bought a batch of kilner jars - I'm really getting into preserves etc now so will have to look for some new things to try :D
