Recommendations for decent literacy websites for homework tasks

Discussion in 'Primary' started by Msbunce, Aug 10, 2015.

  1. Hi,

Am looking for recommendations for decent ( and free!) literacy websites from which I can set homework tasks, mainly in phonics/spelling and reading. Based in Scotland, using CfE (Primary Two) so Early Level/First Level ideas welcome. Have posted in TESS too but happy to look at English curriculum also. Have used 'Phonics Play' in the past but just looking for inspiration! Thanks in advance.

Take a look at spellingcity.com. It's very Americanised, so no use for phonics, but it does offer some free packages for learning and testing spellings as homework.
