Reason for leaving

    It might take a while, it might not.
    The first time I left a post as a UPS teacher without another to go to it took just over a year of supply before I got a permanent post. (I did love the supply and there was plenty, but the lack of certainty worried me.)
    The second time I left with nothing to go to, I got a new post within half a term.

    Applying as an excellent teacher, for TLR posts especially, for a Jan start is always a good move.

    You may have more success if you start by applying for main scale posts.

    I think that 'family' is a good reason to give, should you need to, as it has nothing to do with your health or workload.
