hi I cover in the school and I have an interview for TA position I need to do a reading activity/ intervention with a small group of children. Am I best stopping to ask questions during the reading task and gaining feedback from the children. Or waiting till the end,
    Many thanks

It depends on the book. If it has repetitive rhyme then you could encourage the children to join in. Perhaps point a few things out in the illustrations and ask a question but keep most of the questions until the end and don't be frightened to look back at the page if you forget or need to show them especially if Reception/Yr 1 and it is a picture book as it will prompt them. Good luck.
