    So far we have done The Lost World (based on Sir ACD novel - looking at dinosaurs etc); then this term our topic is Beaneath Our Feet (using Journey to the Centre of the World - Jules Verne as a text; looking at earthquakes and volcanoes too).

    Boys really loved both of these topics - and last year they loved The Hobbit too.

    Love the idea of crime and punishment - are you willing to share?

    Warhorse also went down really well under the topic title of "Dream, Believe and Achieve." Linked to inspriational people eg Nelson Mandela etc.
