Hello, I am on a fixed two term contract and will be paid until August 31st. The original contract I signed was for a 4 day working week, however in term 3 I have been asked to go up to 5 days a week. Should my summer pay be at the 4day or 5day rate?
    Thanks

Yes, the summer is part of term 3 under Burgundy Book. The only threat to this is if it is a maternity cover with a clause that ends the contract at short notice if the person on leave returns - you would need to check your contract for that.
