rant about argos

    Phoned back after school, took them ages to find my order as it had been 'suspended'. Then the card still didn't go through so they had to put me on hold -again- and finally after 25 minutes my order has been placed. Though in between phoning this morning and phoning this afternoon one item went out of stock [​IMG]
    They are getting a copy of my phone bill and I will be wanting money back. Feeling very assertive today.
     
  2. If I were you, I'd call back asking for the next best item (one more expensive but doing same job) and say you'll be expecting it at the same price as your original order IN ADDITION to a credit for the calls. Given it was their **** up.
